The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location near a metro station, just by a police station. We loved being close to local bars in Andel where prices were reasonable compared to the opposite city side of the river. The hotel was conveniently located next to a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The value for money was great, and the room was clean and tidy. The location was convenient with good transportation options nearby and plenty of restaurants. The staff at Anette was warm, welcoming, and provided excellent service.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

Small double room assigned instead of booked 3-bed room.

The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation such as the Andel metro station, tram, and bus stops. it was close to local bars in Andel, right next to a Chinese restaurant, and near a very nice embankment. The staff were multilingual and helpful, and the breakfast provided was satisfactory.
Some of the rooms were outdated and in need of refurbishment.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Prague. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, like the small bathroom with a lovely carpeted floor. Additionally, the breakfast served was included in the price and was of high quality and delicious.
One minor issue was the internet connection in the room.
